The Thelkin Servo-Electric Load Frame is a servo electronic axial testing system for small lengthscales that is able to run static and dynamic tests on biomaterials up to 100 N. Fatigue cycles are possible at a speed up to 1000 mm/s.
The system includes a load unit with a cross-head-mounted actuator and a test controller with the channels of control (force and displacement in axial direction).
A high resolution video camera allows for opical documentation of the test.
